In fact, many people might not even know where to start, or what type of care is right for them.
Mental health needs are diverse and getting care can be confusing. That's why our online tools were designed by clinical experts to simplify the experience.
To find care, members simply log into their benefit site, and choose “Get guided help.” They choose if they're getting help for themselves or others. Then, they begin a short questionnaire where they can share their goals and what they'd like help with.
Depending on those answers, members may be asked to complete a clinical assessment. Finally, members receive recommendations for support and care based off the information they provided and their benefits package. They then can learn more about their recommendations, find tips for comparing different kinds of mental health professionals, and find out what to expect before care begins.
Digital tools are just one way we're improving health literacy and making it easier for members to find the right care so they can get started on the path to better mental health.
