    NIH/NITAAC Chief Information Officer — Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) (HHSN316201200042W)
    The NIH/NITAAC CIO-SP3 GWAC offers a wide range of IT solutions for all federal agencies but with a particular focus on health-related IT solutions. This flexible contract vehicle supports all contract types. (This contract is held by QSSI, part of OptumServe).

  • Navy SeaPort-e This is a Navy contract vehicle for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including engineering, technical, programmatic and financial management. (This contract is held by QSSI, part of OptumServe).

    GSA Schedule 70, Information Technology (IT) Services (QSSI GS-35F-0308L) & (Optum Public Sector Solutions GS-35F-0027W) This vehicle provides a flexible contract for purchasing a wide range of information technology products and services across all federal agencies and state governments. (SIN) 132-51, 62, 33, 34 and 32.

    This schedule offers a full range of management, consulting, and training services across all federal agencies. It is designed to allow federal agencies to begin or continue management, organizational and business improvement efforts.     GSA MOBIS – Schedule 874 (GS23F9840H)
    This schedule offers a full range of management, consulting, and training services across all federal agencies. It is designed to allow federal agencies to begin or continue management, organizational and business improvement efforts. (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, a subsidiary of OptumServe).

    HHS Program Support Center (PSC) (HHSP233201500088I)
    PSC offers over 40 services to HHS and other federal agencies and operates on a competitive fee-for-service basis in five key markets: administrative operations, real estate and logistics, financial management, occupational health and procurement management. PSC is the largest multi-function shared service provider to the federal government.  (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, a subsidiary of OptumServe).

    GSA Schedule 738X
    GSA’s Schedule 738X addresses the full spectrum of professional counseling, Veterans readjustment and behavioral health services, and comprehensive employee assistance services. Specific services include physical/occupational/educational and vocational therapy, and outpatient recovery; personal and family support; wellness coaching; psychotherapy; and telemental health counseling services which augments treatment and improves patient access using telehealth channels. This flexible contract vehicle supports all federal agencies.

  • HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) (HHSP23320100018WI)
    This contract is used as a means of providing services primarily to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE). This ID/IQ contract provides expertise in policy development and analysis; demonstration and evaluation design; program assessment and evaluation; and data infrastructure development and modeling.     The DHS Eagle II provides a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support DHS business functions.     CMS Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) (HHSM5002007000024I)
    The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is used to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems. It is available to all components within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.     FDA Enterprise System Life Cycle Management Support (ELMS) (HHSF2232009500191)
    ELMS is used to acquire planning, design, development, testing, implementation, operations coordination and maintenance of FDA’s systems and applications.  (This contract is held by QSSI, part of OptumServe).

    DoED Enterprise Development Support Services (EDSS) (EDFSA09D0018)
    EDSS provides an enterprise approach for acquiring, managing the development of, and implementing and maintaining enterprise system development projects in compliance with the Federal Student Aid’s standards and guidelines and the Department of Education’s Lifecycle Management (LCM) Framework. (This contract is held by QSSI, part of OptumServe).

    HHS Health Resources and Services Administration Evaluation Studies (HRSA) (HHSH250201300016I / HHSH250201400039I)
    This vehicle is a contracting mechanism for high-priority, short-term evaluation studies, evaluation and information syntheses, policy and environmental assessments, and performance measurement tools and systems in support of various programs and divisions within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) under Domain 1 and Domain 2.  (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, part of OptumServe).

    CMS Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis (RMADA) (HHSM-500-2014-00033I)
    RMADA provides analytic support and technical assistance for models and demonstration programs that are derived under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Support includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of research and/or payment and service delivery models to test their potential for reducing expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and uninsured beneficiaries while maintaining or improving the quality of care.  (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, a subsidiary of OptumServe).

    AHRQ ACTION II and ACTION III (HHSP233201500021I)
    These vehicles provide field-based delivery system research. The task orders involved support and study the development and testing of interventions designed to improve care delivery as well as the dissemination and implementation of successful care delivery models in diverse care settings.  (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, apart of OptumServe).

    Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) (MedPAC11R0002A)
    MedPAC provides support for advising on payments to private health plans participating in Medicare and providers in Medicare’s traditional fee-for-service program. It also supports analyzing access to care, quality of care and other issues affecting Medicare.  (This contract is held by the Lewin Group, part of OptumServe).
